Scuba Diving is my passion in this life!

To me, diving is about more than just being under water, it is about being with the great people that make scuba diving the life-changing adventure that it is!

I once read 'People who accept nothing but the best...very often get it.'  That's why I'm committed to excellence in all things scuba, from the simple "quarry dive" to my continuing education as a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer...to help others embrace this awesome life-long journey!

I have a solid educational background in PADI scuba instruction and equipment maintenance and service, combined with real-world experience to help you get the most out of your scuba training and recreational diving.

Drop an email or give me a call and we'll talk about how your adventure can begin, or get even more interesting if you're already a certified diver!

SHARKWATER

In 2004 the local scuba community and I lost two dear friends in a cave diving accident in Mexico, Mike Nast and Kent Hirsch.  Another dear friend of mine, also a diver, offered his condolences and emotional support, and shared A Requiem that he came across in his regular reading...I was moved by the words therein, and want to share this passage with you, for I too have been found at sea!

A Requiem

If I should die beneath the sea
What e'er the circumstances may be
I only ask that you not cry
For such a lucky one as I.

But, rather, weep for those alive
Who know not what it is to dive
Into the planet's liquid heart
And of God's ocean be a part.

For even Christ must envy all
Who stroll along the ocean's wall
Though wind and sea His will obeys
He only walked upon the waves.

And may I ask for one thing more?
A simple cross beside the shore.
Below my name inscribe for me:
Lost to the earth, but found at sea.
