Basement Window and ScapeWEL

The condo is still a condo but now it has light and fresh air in the basement, compliments of a new 4' x 4' Anderson glider window and a Bilco ScapeWEL window well.
It was a week-long project during which I learned a lot and found a few muscles I forgot about.  Jeff Barkdoll, Mark Jackson and Phil of Under Construction, LLC did a great job getting this project completed within a nice window of good weather (to spare the ground any undue damage from the vehicles and equipment).  I'll let the pics speak for themselves to tell the story:
